Sale Executive
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
- Visiting potential customers to prospect for new buisness;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers;
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
- Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders;
- Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock;
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office;
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with an positive work attitude welcomed to apply
- Resourceful, proactive, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to converse in local languages e.g. Chinese dialects or Malay or Tamil is an added advantage

Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations
- Coordinate office activities and schedules;
- Develop and recommend office procedures and systems; ensure smooth office operations.
- Process payment of invoices.
- Receive and screen telephone calls and e-mail messages
Requirements
- Must possess skill standard office software and to use standard office equipment (etc fax, printer)
- Able to communicate in person and over the telephone
- Analyzing and resolving office administrative and procedural problems
